The Mississippi Department of Corrections' telephone service provider offers telephone, text, and messaging services to inmates housed in state operated and private facilities. New accounts may be established by calling 877-650-4249. Service may also be established online.

ConnectNetwork.com and ViaPath Global Tel Link are part of the same company. ConnectNetwork.com handles telephone services while ViaPath Global Tel Link primarily handles text and messaging through prison issued tablets.

*Please be advised that the 15 regional county prisons are operated under local administrations and some may not use this company for inmate calls. If you cannot find the facility or inmate through this company, you should contact the facility to make arrangements through their service provided.
