MEDIA ADVISORY: Thinking for a Change Probationers Graduate

JACKSON – Commissioner Pelicia E. Hall announces that on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 21 probationers, parolees, and others on community supervision will celebrate completing a 14-week program designed to keep them on a positive path.

The Hinds County Probation and Parole Office’s Thinking for a Change graduation will begin at 11 a.m. at the Sparkman Auditorium inside the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum on Lakeland Drive in Jackson.

Renardo Murray, Alcorn State University’s associate professor of music and assistant dean in the School of Arts and Sciences, will be the guest speaker.

In addition to the graduation, the Hinds P & P Office also will present a toy donation to the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital. Some members of the class contributed to the donation.​
