Located in Woodville, the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility (WCCF) is operated by Management & Training Corporation under contract with the Mississippi Department of Corrections. MDOC provides ongoing oversight through routine inspections, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure the facility maintains high standards of safety, security, and accountability.

WCCF provides secure offender housing and offers educational, vocational, faith-based, treatment, and reentry programming that supports offender rehabilitation while maintaining the safety of staff, inmates, and the public.

The Division of Regional and Private Facilities provides continuous oversight through compliance monitoring, operational reviews, contract management, and routine evaluations to ensure each facility operates in accordance with MDOC policies, contractual obligations, state law, and nationally recognized correctional standards.
