Inmate Records Requests and Public Records Requests

The public records policy of the Mississippi Department of Corrections has been adopted in accordance with the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Section 25-61-1, et seq, Miss. Code Ann. (1972). All requests to examine, copy or obtain public records, shall be in writing using the method below. Requests are not accepted by telephone.
