HOUSING INFORMATION REQUEST FOR: #offenderid - offender name
Example: HOUSING INFORMATION REQUEST FOR: #888999 - JOHN DOE
Include the following information in the Body of your Message:
- Full name of the offender
- Date of birth
- MDOC number (if you have it)
- County of conviction
- Type of Crime
